These strip are to be applied on clean dry teeth, I use my retainers to keep them in place so I'm not sat like the Cheshire cat, make yourself comfortable with a dull or a book as it recommends at least 30 mins, or like me you can fall asleep and let it do its thing with the reassurance there's no enamel earing bleach involved, after a few days trial I can honestly say I can already see a difference
